Freedive Girls Wetsuit Return Policy
Freedive Girls issues store credit only for all full-price wetsuits.
At this time, we do not offer refunds or direct exchanges.
Free Returns Policy
“Free returns” means a prepaid return shipping label will be provided—it does not mean a refund will be issued. Free returns are available for domestic (U.S.) orders only.
If you choose to return your wetsuit for store credit, you will receive credit for the item value only, excluding any original shipping costs or taxes.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Your return must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your RA#
- Wetsuits must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, sand, sunscreen, or visible wear
- In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Due to the nature of wetsuits, any signs of use—including water exposure—will make the item ineligible for return.
Final Sale Items
All sale or discounted wetsuits are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after being received.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@freedivegirls.com with your order number to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Once approved:
- Complete the return form
- Repack your wetsuit in its original packaging
- Attach your return label (if applicable)
Are Returns Free?
- U.S. customers: Free return label provided
- International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective wetsuit, please contact us at info@freedivegirls.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
