We’re so excited for you to receive your Freedive Girls pieces. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on carrier and location

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Freedive Girls is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Freedive Girls is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@freedivegirls.com and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@freedivegirls.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
